CORONARY ANGIOGRAPHY
WHEN WILL YOU LEAVE THE HOSPITAL ?
This depends on the results of the angiogram. You will be discharged on the same day or the day following the procedure.
If angiography reveals a narrowing which is dilatable by balloon catheter, angioplasty with stent implantation will be proposed as a treatment option following consultation with you and your treating physician. You will able to leave the hospital on the following day.
If you undergo angioplasty, you will be hospitalized for 1 to 2 days
